Direct Immersion Cooling

MIVOLT is a range of dielectric liquid coolants suitable for the thermal management of electrical systems. As non-conducting fluids, the range offers a simple solution to temperature control because they can come into direct contact with components – taking heat directly away from the source with no reliance on a secondary indirect cooling system.

Direct immersion cooling with MIVOLT maintains optimal temperatures efficiently, effectively and safely. As dielectric fluids, the range offers a simple solution to temperature control. The liquids can come into direct contact with components, taking heat directly away from the source more effectively than indirect cooling systems such as cold plates and heat sinks. Their low pour points ensure maximium performance – even in colder climates. K3 class fire safe variants (>300°C) minimise fire risks whilst non-toxic and readily biodegradable characteristics reduce health and environmental impacts.
